Phone Connect

Silly question really, does anyone know why when you connect the phone to the Bluetooth in the van it doesn't pick up all the contacts?
Is it something to do with where they are stored on the phone or is it a setting that needs to be selected on the control hub?

I'm no expert and you will get a far more detailed answer than mine but...mine definitely asked me if I wanted to import the contacts during pairing.

As Dan said but there is also a setting that controls the transfer of contacts.

do you know if it only reads the contacts on the phone or the sim too?

Both if the phone is set to both storage
