Panel van to........ to be decided.

Do you regret selling up and starting again?
I’m fancying a pop top wondering about doing the same

Good question. I miss the last van as everyday driver was (possibly) better, due to being more car like with the Caravelle conversion so had 5 seats v 4 for this van..
I sold it because it was a Euro 5 van and Greater Manchester was supposed to be going a clean aid zone with £10 a day charge for earlier than Euro6. (Its now not going to happen).

However overall I'm happy with the change and starting again as I now have a better camping van. and LWB gives a lot more usable space.

It would be nice to own both vans. 1 for everyday use and one for camping.

Overall in answer, no.

Van is looking great. Can I ask is it easier to just paint the chrome central strip on the grille or just buy the whole grille in black from THQ ?

Depends what you want. I wrapped the chrome strips on the OEM grill. That’s fairly easy and can be changed.

I was considering changing the chrome strip to black to match the oem grille. I just wasn’t sure if that strip is removable, or if you have to take the grille off to spray it.

Wrapping is a damn good idea. Any tips on where to source the wrap.

I think the strip is removable, but not sure how. I just bought 3M vinyl of ebay.

Been a bit lax on updating my thread.
But approximately 1 year after buying a solar panel I put on my big boy pants and fitted it today.
With much needed encouragement from the @Dellmassive posts on fitting his.
Also I couldnt have managed it without a second pair of hands to handle the panel. So thank you @campagquinn for supplying said hands.

Nice. What is the rating of the panel?
