Hi all
Just been to the British Superbike meeting at Donington and the guy on the pitch next to me managed to put a 2 foot long scratch down the offside panel on my Van putting up his awning in the wind.

I got his details and he has agreed to pay for the damage so I'm looking for decent paint, body shops or scratch repairers in or around Liverpool if anyone knows of any.

I will, of course, be getting a quote from VW as well.

Oh jeez.... nightmare.

It was just an accident but I wouldn't have tried putting and awning up in the space he had with the wind as it was.
It just got away from him and his son and partially collapsed exposing a pole.
My heart did sink tho as I heard the "thunk" and scrape down the side of the van.
I'm now left with a small chip and a scratch of varying depth
He was cool enough when I approached him over it.

Anyone have any contacts with good trusty and tried painters in the above area.

Need the stone chips on the bonnet and bumper doing, plus for some reason I’ve just noticed the r/n/s arch has started to show signs of the rust and no other arch?
