Outwell Deep Cool 50 L fridge - error message

My neighbour has the above unit, which when powered up give a E02 message. Anybody have any experience with these units, which may point to the fault.

How old is the unit ? It comes with a 2 year guarantee.
Just had mine replaced under warranty as it was no longer cooling properly.
No error codes listed in the manual.
In the troubleshooting section of the manual it states that if "The display shows an error message(e.g. “Err1”) and the appliance does not cool"... "This can only be repaired by an authorized repair centre."
