Outwell Collapsible Kitchen Pod

I’m racking my brains to have the most flexible removable ‘micro’ kitchen system for a
SWB van, with a full width bed.

I would like a unit that holds a single burner gas canister stove, a bit of room for four cups/bowls/plates and cutlery and a tiny little fridge at the bottom.

I can’t seem to find anything that slimline.

Has anyone ever used a collapsible camping kitchen pod like the Outwell Padre?

It’s light and packs flat - but I can’t think how it could be secured if in transit.

Any thoughts in general?

Cheers

If it all packs flat make a custom fit bag that will secure to the back of a front seat.
It can hang from the headrest and also strap around the seat back.
That way if you stop hard you don't end up wearing it.

Good idea, it does come with a bag, so that’s a possibility.

I was also wondering if there would be a way to keep it assembled during my journeys?
