OEM plastic underbody trim/covers

Spare wheel's in the back of the van, so all's good there!
It looks as though our exhausts are similar lengths but you have a rear box which I don't (basic T6 panel van 102hp). I just thought the the exposed body frame member you can see looks like it ought to be covered as it is on the nearside and there are holes which could take fixings. Whether it's a heat shield or plastic trim piece I honestly have no idea. I do regularly hose underneath and haven't noticed this "nakedness" previously. What's frustrating me is I can't remember what I thought was there before!

Mine‘s a 102PS 2017 (former) PV and you can see the arrangement underneath. I’ve also attached the part number for the plastic spare wheel under tray if you need it.
Cheers. It’s that heat shield part on the exhaust side that I’m missing. Will need to see if I can find a part number for that.
Now at least I know I wasn’t imagining things!

Sorry to dig up this thread. Same issue here on my shuttle. The underbody cover for the engine pre heater and Adblue tank is in a bad way. Strengthened with some fibreglass but ideally want to replace. Part number is 7e0825205d same as above but the link takes me to a slightly different part. VW quoted me £186, which was very kind of them…..

I noticed a bit of trim hanging down. When I had a look I noticed the trim missing from around what I think is the adblue tank I'm guessing the adblue trim holds it up.
Looking closer it looks like one of the brackets for the adblue trim looks pretty bent?
Not sure what to do, leave the dangling bit, try and secure it some how, or try and sort and replace the adblue trim?
