FREE H4 Headlights. Chepstow.

Does anyone want the original H4 headlights taken off my 66 plate T6?

I have replaced with H7 and these will just sit unused in the garage.

They are in reasonable condition and were fully working when taken off.

Collection only as I really can't be doing with posting such a big package!

I think that's a fair statement considering you are giving them away.
It will be interesting to see if you CAN actually give them away.

@Simon Carne , I wouldn’t chuck them, joking aside. I sold two pairs, for around £100 plus postage for each pair.
There’ll always be someone who gets a stone through them (or a feathered friend I seem to recall - see: Annoying!!!) that wants a cheap light, plus then the odd T5 owner facelifting. If you have the packaging from your new lights and don’t mind posting, that is.

I agree......I sold my H4s in fleabay for £70 plus packing, after upgrading to H7s.

I have a pair of headlight guts from 68 caravelle if anyone interested..... I think they are slightly better than standard van types?

When you say ‘guts’, do you mean they’ve been disassembled? Are they H7’s with the DRL below the low beam unit?

They are a straight swap however you’ll need to get them coded as when you operate high beam, the main headlights will go out. They need to be coded so the main beam stay on when the high beam operates.
