New T6 Family incoming!

Hi peeps,

Tanks for the warm welcome so far!

We will be collecting our 2017 Trendline T6 on Saturday having test-drove it this morning (made sure to check all the way up and down the gears, checking for smoke, rocking, knocking etc) and the first big thing it will have done is the cam-belt; its on 144k and is due the belt to be changed so I obviously negotiated a deal with this in mind.

We came to the decision for van as there are only 3 of us so we can use this as a daily driver if needed and convert on our own terms, in our own time. Luckily we have a secure place this can be kept whilst the work is being completed.

Bring on the vanlife!

Well here she is, all ready for me to collect from Cheltenham on Saturday morning.

Granted there is much work to do, but having driven her she’s a solid base to start from!

Well that pissed right on my chips….

We never got to collect it as a few hours beforehand another vin check revealed a mis match.

So I’m going to close this one and reintroduce you to the van we DID collect

Well after the total debacle of the van we ultimately count have (last minute bin check threw up some spurious mis match on several checkers and about £50 later) Seller didn’t even try to argue that it was wrong so we have reported his ad on auto trader. Hopefully no one else gets caught with...
