Bit fraudulent this, having joined last November, being keen but vanless. Now my first van is on the drive.
My wife's mum told her to marry a millionaire. Unfortunately for my wife , she got me, skint but with a bare metal but new white van on the drive. Hmmm. Now the costs start, so skint for the foreseeable future I think.

@Vinci sorry but I'm a total fraud because I've been a member since December and don't own a T6 and only have an interest through @T6 Dave. I suspect your right though from my experiences with @T6 Dave, you are going to be skint because you'll want to change a vanilla bus into your own and alter it to how you want it. Post some pics and tell us all what you'd like to do to personalize it because, as you well know, there are plenty of helpful people here who have started from where you are now. Look forward to your updates.

Thanks for the replies. Wellll, it's just a white panel van at the moment, but, following @Thoggs lining out by Slidepods, the van will be following the same route for lining and electrics initially, followed a little later by a sliding seat bed, and finally a SCA roof. A kitchen thing will have to be fitted in too.
Had 93 miles on delivery, on first run through Bristol and up to W-u-E the mpg said 45, so I guess around 40 realistically is not bad.
