New member looking for a converter in London

Hi all
New to the forum and to campervaning..
Just picked up our camper a couple of weeks ago and already looking to make some changes...
Can anyone recommend a decent company in or around North London that can do some coworkers?
I’d like to find a one stop shop that can do electrics, suspension and trim.

Hi and welcome to the forum (and campervanning!)

I live in Herts and I’ve found that there are very few converters around this area and none of the big names. I would be interested to see if someone comes up with any suggestions but alternatively you could think of looking a bit further afield and/or looking for specialists in the specific work you are looking to get done.

I travelled to the midlands to get my electrics work done (@travelvolts) and also for my suspension (@CRS Performance ). I ended up doing the trim stuff myself as mostly quite easy but you could look for a local body shop to help there.

We do an awful lot of Transporters ( average 50 a month lately ) and our experience with some converters is , whilst they are very capable at the conversions they aren't suspension specialists. This is where you can waste a lot of money and get very poor to average results .
we can make sound recommendations for you and ship to you for local fitment. , We also complete the suspension work in less that 2 hours which means customers can drive from afar and turn around and be home comfortably in one day .

We do deal with several convertors and supply parts and advise to them. , But there are so many that we aren't involved with and we have seen some absolute horror stories with poor choice of parts and kits that simply are not fit for purpose ,
