Anybody that follows us will already be aware that we never stop innovating and trying to push the boundries of what is possible when it comes to our lining packages on the T6 platform. Recently we decided to try to produce some new unique lining panels to offer our customers more scope to add splashes of colour to the interior of their vans. We have never been to keen on putting vinyl on panels to achieve this so we set about designing a panel system that could do this using lightweight high quality materials that stuck to our theme of no visible fixings.
We now have the prototype panels hot off the CNC and the first ven in undergoing this process. I will post some pics up of the finished lining job later this week but in the meantime here are a few shots of the prototype embossed, coloured lightweight panels.

As you can see the Cad is pretty intense to achieve the desired effect for what for many would be a simple hand cut part.

We hope you will agree that the finished product is worth the extra effort though.

If all goes well we will be offering the coloured sections in a choice of over 450 finishes.

So the big question is what do you think of the idea? What do you think of the inital design?
For anybody thats interested initally these will only be available as part of one of our premium eclipse lining packages fitted in house at our workshop in sunny Devon.

@Deaky Great minds obviously think alike. I promise thats the first time I've seen those pics of your panels.
Yours look well executed are the CNC'd or a labour of love?
Im not sure we will run with the current design in future as its very labour intensive to carpet. You will probably be pleased to hear Im not planning on adding LED lights to ours, each to their own but its just not my bag.
