Have you approached Navis/Transporter HQ. They now operate in Europe so will most likely be across the different regulations and will be best placed to help you.
In Germany and Austria your not allowed to change the wheels on you car/van unless they have been approved for your vehicle. It's a similar law to the one being proposed in this country to stop anyone from modifying a vehicles and potentially making them unsafe.

I think the TUV Approval is the key here…. I remember when I had my H&R coil overs fitted @CRS Performance Steve gave me a pack with all the relevant paperwork/TUV Approval for driving in Europe.
