Congratulations to both of you. As @Pauly advises - do take your time to check that the vehicle being delivered to you is exactly as specified (ask to have a copy of the Build Sheet), check that all panels are undamaged and the paintwork is unmarked and don't forget the roof too, and check that all controls, knobs and levers are operating correctly and that you know how everything works. A good handover will not be rushed and you may wish to take a couple of hours over it because once you have accepted delivery then technically everything subsequent becomes warranty work.
I'm quite lucky as I convert these into Campers for a living so got VW to find one for me, it's not brand new but only had 3k on the clock It's here and I love it, but wish it had Nav and reversing camera...
