Mirrors not folding...

Quick one. Just had cause to use the van and went to give the key fob a long press to fold the mirrors in and they are not moving... any ideas?

did have a power drain issue which meant the battery went flat a few times...

many suggestions appreciated!

reset the window pinch protection
on both window then retry.

Can that be accessed via the MFD or stereo car settings?

Drive the window down with the button, let off, press down again, hold for three seconds.
Pull the window up to the top, let go, pull the button again, hold for three seconds, let go, should be reset.
