Media screen freezes every time until hard reset

Hi guys hope all is well. My media touch screen will freeze every time I turn the engine off and back on again. The side buttons on the media unit work as they should (radio / media / phone etc), but all the options on the touch screen just freeze. I then do a hard reset and the buttons on the touch screen work again, but it’s really frustrating having to hard reset the unit every time I use the console. Does anyone else have this issue or know if it can be fixed please? It can’t actually be the touch screen as it works when the reset is complete… surely a bug?

Today the discover media system rebooted 3 or 4 times within about 20 mins of driving. At the time the nav was displaying and sd card music playing. Thought it might have been a corrupt music file but I couldn't repeat the problem so ruled that out and It hasn't done it again?? Anyone...
