Lowering - Any Recommendations Midlands

I'm looking to buy a used T6 Kombi 204 DSG in the next month or so, I'm trying to price up lowering, had a quote from main dealer (who's trying to sell me a van), but wondered if an independent van specialist would offer a better service and deal. Only looking to drop by 30mm on 20" Alloys.

I am at a loss as to the way to go to do this myself and how much to lower by to get the best ride and which wheels to go for as I’m really new to my T6!
