Lowered 20” v stock huge difference

After Having a a courtesy van for a few days, I’ve realised the huge difference in the standard suspension and wheels compared to my 20” lowered springs suspension.
The standard van was so much more comfortable and quiet.
It’s making me think of going back to smaller wheels and standard springs.
Would standard springs and suspension cope with my camper conversion and the increased weight?

Edit; when I say suspension specialist, what I really mean is a company that specialise in VW transporter suspension.
