Top 12v Dash Socket Fuse

All,

When I got my new van last year the cigarette lighter on top of the Dash (not the one on the front) was blown. No-one on this forum or other forums could identify what fuse serves it. Older T6's had a fuse under the seat but not mine.

Now resolved by a young apprentice in Leicester. it is a 2o amp block fuse SC 40 that sits at the bottom of the fuse block on the left of the gearstick.A couple of pictures to help attached.

It is not marked on the fuse map as you can see but it is on a the wiring diagram attached.

Aah but...you never said a block fuse & nobody said it was a 20A

Anyway all sorted.

Sorry @Mick but I beg to differ. if you follow the link to @Loz 12v Socket post he quite clearly states SC40 block fuse.

With the white fuse puller at the top of the fuse box.. or a pair of long nose pliers, tweezers etc

I can hold this fuse with two fingers just. Are there clips or do I just pull harder

It's like @Loz said there should be a pair of white plastic 'tweezers' in the fuse box.
