Looking at a 5 or 5.1

Total newbie

Can I find the exact spec by using the registration plate ?.

Not sure if it's a 5 or 5.1, it's a 64 plate, seller says it's a blue motion tech 30 highline Kombi.
It's up for 17k with 120k miles, does that sound reasonable ?.

Any pointers please
