Hmmm... should be 10 minutes with factory settings. Is the battery charged? Van's energy management might have kicked in trying to save last bits of energy.
mmi is right... should be default value of 21 in Channel 38 which equates to 10.5 minutes..?

The interesting bit is that it looks like your engine has got an update - which woke up my curiosity.

Can you also upload the actual file?
I'd start by removing all the bulbs you've replaced with the originals and see if the lights stay on as they should. If they do, replace each bulb individually and test after each.
