Leisure Battery Isolator Switch

I’m currently fitting a leisure battery with a split charge system, at present the leisure battery will only be supplying LED lights and 4 USB/12v sockets, is there any need to fit an isolation switch for the leisure battery and if so where would I wire it in?

I've fitted something like this to isolate the leisure battery feed to the leisure battery fuse box and also to the feed in to the dc/dc charger from the solar panels so I can quickly disconnect if/when I feel the need to isolate the system for faulting or stopping charging.

I just made the big fuse from the leisure battery easily accessible. Just pull it out to isolate.

I use one of these to isolate all outputs - Motorsport Rallying Battery Isolator On Off Key Switch 6v 12v 24v 100 Amp 5056213513399 | eBay
The solar input and battery charger (which I've not needed to use!) are suitably fused and connected directly to the battery to allow charging whilst isolated. should there ever be a need to isolate the incoming supplies id just pull the fuse

Or you could use a Victron BP65 Smart. This would give the facility to isolate the output from the leisure battery with the added advantage of protecting it from low discharge.
