Led tape light heatsink

I am making up a halo for my roof and would like to put led tape light in the void where the packers are. Any suggestions as to a heatsink that is bendable to the contours? I have seen the solid ones with diffusers by they seem to be too wide.

Obviously not as efficient as a finned version, but what about a flat strip of aluminium? That would sink away some heat.
