Leather Seats / Leather Seat Covers / Seat Skins

Hi...
Looking to get myself a 'used', T6 Kombi, in the next few months.
I see a lot of models advertised for sale, with "leather seats", but are they full leather seats, or the leather seat covers, which I also see advertised?

They could be either, eg mine left the factory with cloth seats but I have since had them re-trimmed in full leather which involved stripping off the cloth covers and replacing with made to measure leather.

If you’re really getting down to the nitty gritty, then you’ll find that they can also be made of a substitute faux leather, like a leatherette / vinyl etc.
But if they advertise as leather, then they don’t tend to be seat-covers that are in place over cloth seats.

Would hope to buy with leather seats already installed, but if not, I now know the procedures and possibilities available.
