Lack of power

Hi new to the forum wonder if anyone can help me, my 2016 T6 is suffering loss of power and the heater plug light is flashing but no codes showing

I'm sure others will ask, as it often helps people to help you, what engine variant you have and how old, how many miles etc. The more information you can provide the more people can help.
I wonder if the "loss of power" is in fact your van going into limp mode?
What code reader are you using? If the glow plug light is flashing I'd expect a fault code, though other more knowledgeable members may correct me.

The van is T6 , 2016 reg , 60,000 miles , engine is 102 ps ,code reader Autel / Auto link AL329 ,also the stop start appears to stop working when the light is flashing, hope someone can help thanks.
