Hi all.

Just after some advice, had a quote through to replace my EGR Unit with all bolts and gaskets, replace belt and water pump, aux belt and anti freeze.

It's got 10 hours of labour on the quote. Would you say sounds about right and reasonable?

5 hours for each job, I think that is the going book time.

Some people have managed to change the EGR unit without removing the front of the van to the ‘service position’.

It's a good days work which'll mean he'll be tied up on that job and nothing else, so I'd say a full days labour is fair.
