Purchased dnx5190 off eBay. All seems in good working order.
Paired it with absoluT5 loom for parking ect and it seems to all be working fine except it goes back to the initial setup screen every time I turn the van off. It’s remembering the radio presets so is getting power.
Any ideas? Anything obvious I’ve missed?
As a side note the service provided by absolut5 was outstanding! Next day delivery and swift comms! Amazing service!

On the Kenwood loom is the red and yellow wires been swapped?

Yes mate, tried both ways and it remembers the radio stations
the parking sensors usb gps dab and fm work great, the loom supplied is spot on

For perm live and ign live?

Yeah, I’ve checked perm and acc 12v and they are fine. Stereo remembers the radio station presets I’ve added so it’s getting 12v perm.

Took it apart this afternoon and solved my issue!
Instructions say swap yellow and red cables, internet says swap cables, Facebook says swap cables!
This loom needed red to red and yellow to yellow!
Secondhand unit so I think previous owner had re pinned it!
All sorted now, also hidden mic in Oem location!
