JL audio xd500 amp settings

Hi all, I'm being a bit lazy and looking for a quick fix answer if possible.

I've just acquired a JL audio xd500 amp to replace an older alpine V12 amp.

It's running a set of Hertz Millie pro components and a 10" under seat dB audio sub.

My question is for anyone who is running the same amp, could you post a pic of your settings or tell me roughly where they are set at please?

That won't really work as they'd need to be running the same setup for that to work different speakers have different characteristics.
