Is there a market for used bi-turbos for spares or repair?

I have recently had the turbos replaced on my 204 2018 transporter and have the original units sitting in a massive box. The original units I believe has a single sticking actuator (that's what I was told by the garage). Is there a market for these at all? Is there any value in selling these on for someone to get refurbished?
Thanks in advance

Probably more profit in getting them refurbished and selling them as a going concern.

Thanks Sasquatch, I suppose it was more of a warranty issue - if someone had it refurbished they would have the warranty.

Not sure, unless you are going to offer a warranty who’s going to touch it?
Personally I would consider buying a cheap used unit if I could strip it down and see that all vanes and casings are intact before parting with my £.
On a T6 bi-turbo the labour and potential for DPF damage is the financial killer, better to buy a know good unit IMO.

@Garyde yes I still have the old unit - as @DXX has commented, it makes no sense in me getting the turbo refurbished due to any warranty issues - it would make sense for someone else to instruct this work so they can have a full warranty with the turbo. From memory there are a few companies out there who could do this work (Midland Turbo being one that I looked into).
