Intermittent fault code p2413

Hi guys,

I have a 2016 t6 102 shuttle and I have been getting and intermittent fault flashing up. It shows on the OBDII scanner as P2413 exhaust gas recirculation system performance. This happens mainly on long drives but as I live in Scotland and have a house in France I tend to be doing longer drives on a fairly regular basis.
Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone shed any light on what may be causing this?

Thanks KR I hadn't seen that. I'm not very engine saavy but I'm pricing getting a remap so if I go ahead with one I'll get the guys at the garage to have a look at it.
