Interior mirror rain sensor cover

Hi Guys,

How do I remove the interior rain sensor cover, I thought they came off from the top down but I can seem prise it off.
Any help welcome..

Trim tool for the middle section then top. Not sure if you have to remove the mirror or if tilting it down is enough to get the middle section past.
