Interior lights staying on and door open display

Hi,
I have a 2018 T6, today when I set off the interior lights stayed on and the image of a van that shows the doors open stayed on the display. I cannot get the van image to go, so I can’t use the menus and I have had to turn the interior lights off manually. Does anyone have any thoughts on what this could be and a fix? Thanks!

Btw, pressing the [OK] clears the MFD display of warning messages so you can use the menus.

Hi Deaky,
You’ve been a mine of info to me so far on this, as I’m sure you have to lots of others, thank you.
I’m having an issue with my t6 PV
The switches negative for cargo area lights (brown red) is a constant negative, so roof lights don’t go off on door setting. Having seen your comment re the beige connector behind the glove box, I went there and it is constant here too. I’ve had the roof liner down and no damage with screws etc. I’m a bit stumped as how to find the problem, maybe you might be able to let me know of known problem areas?
Another thing I notice is, if I open sliding door or front doors I get the open door symbol but no symbol appears with either of the rear doors open, maybe this could be related?
