Hi all, recently encountered a problem where my interior light stays on when I shut my doors and the side repeaters don’t flash as I lock the van, I’m hoping there is an easy fix as it’s frustrating me lots lol many thanks

Door lock sensor.

Check the dash display and see if.it shows all the doors closed..

Might need a code scan to find out which door is causing the issue.

Hi, yep I’ve a door open light on the dash, think it will the sliding door sensor, I remember pressing it as I was wiping dry the van after id washed it so I’ve done something to it, any ideas on what to do? Many thanks, Rob

Open and close the door a few times..

Clean the pin contacts on the siding door...

Lock and unlock a few times etc...

See if you can get it back to life..

Some people take some WD40 to the lock to free it up a bit.

Apparr from that it's get a Carista scan for codes, and take lock assembly out to check it.

I get that very occasionally. Mine clears after an open and shut cycle. Worth checking that the contact pins and socket are clear of oxidation as per @Dellmassive

Sorted this problem now, many thanks, the sensor was working fine turning the light out when I pressed it with my finger, sliding door wasn’t making contact, sorted it now, thanks again,
