Insurance Help Please!

I am trying to get a reasonable quote on a new Kombi which I am having an extra row of rear seats added to, so it will be an 8 seater. Any recommendations please?? Best quote so far is around 1500 quid and most expensive is 11k!! And someone wouldn’t quote if it is for transporting people!! Any help much appreciated, I’m losing the will to live here

Direct line worked for us on a Kombi. Although took a while for them to workout if van or car!!

Thanks, i read that on here and phoned them earlier and they were the ones that said they couldn’t quote if the seats were for transporting people! Or maybe i just got through to a moron!

Thanks, its the seat conversion that’s the problem, if i leave it standard the quotes are about 600 quid, which is the route i may have to take if i cant get something reasonable on the extra seats

In real terms my quote is under £500, compared to Brentacre last year being over £1000, and this for business use too.
Well impressed with their lady on the phone.
