Installing ceiling LED strips

Hi all,

I just want to add some LED strips into the roof lining of my T6... surely I do not need to go down the split charger ect route to do so?

Can I not just connect them to the existing interior light cables and add a 3-way rocker switch?

yes you can . . . but it will be subject to the 10min / (60min if van come with LED interior lights) BCM timer.

and a possible flat starter battery.

Cheers lads,

My van currently has the filament bulbs with the 3 way rocker housing.

I’m happy with the 10-60 minute timer until I change to leisure battery ect
