Imperfection in paintwork

Finally got to wash the salt off today and found a little bit of rust just in front of the rear wheel. I know it’s not the end of the world but what is the best way of tackling it? Would a smart repair sort this or is it more involved? Thanks as always.

I don't think thats rust. I believe it is called zinc inclusion. The right of the 2 is typical of that. Like a tiny mountain surrounded by lots of tiny ones lol.

It's zinc inclusion, factory process causes it.

Thanks @Skyliner33 and @rover220. Sorry never heard of it. I assume it’s a fault when they are going through the body prep and paint process. Is it okay to be left or do I need to address it?
