I just bought T6.1 8000 km 2021. 81kw / 110ps. Ascot gray no windows back.
Question for experienced T6 owners:
How complicated it to install bench that folds into bed and swill I be able to still use it as light cargo car?
Is there any special advice you would give me before I start driving it that you would like you knew before ?

One OEM option is a Caravelle triple bench seat on sliding rails - all seats have integral belts and it folds flat into a bed. This is circa £2500 - £3000 to buy the seat and rails second hand in the UK (depending on fabric). You also need a ‘shelf’ which fits along by the rear door to make up the full bed but at a further £800 for the VW offering, I’d be inclined to make something up.

I notice that you are in Germany. The rules for converting vehicles may be very different in your country to what we are allowed to do in the UK, which is where most people here are based.

Technically, it is straightforward to do what you suggest, in the UK.
