Howto Video On Fitting A Ctek Dc-dc Charge Controller

Sorry, its a long video, and it may not be the "official" or "correct" way to fit a leisure battery and CTEK DC-DC charger system to handle the euro6 smart alternator charging on the VW T6. That said, this is how we did it!! I hope its useful for those of you that are converting a van to a camper etc...

That’s why I’m careful what 3rd party vids I watch!
... yeah! ... it’s my first time, but it’s not hard to change the fuses! :). The wire is way too thick too, really doesn’t need to be such a big gerth!! :) ... I hope it at least gives you an idea of what’s involved, I’m sure you can make your own mind up on what’s right and wrong :)
 
The cable is good and under normal circumstances the 80 amp fuse would be appropriate as you would normally fuse according to cable size, but, the Ctek is notoriously poorly protected internally so in this case a 30 amp fuse is essential.
