How to check if Radiator fan is working

How do I check if Radiator fan is working

Turn on AC when van is stationary....

And wait a min or two for the AC radiator to get warm.

The fan will come on slowly.

2nd option ...

Wait for van to do regen.... (Higher RPMS @950)... Then when stationary fan will come on to keep DPF cool.


3rd option.... Use scan tool to comand fan on.

I’ve just had my fan changed. I need to get the air con re-gassed. So the fan does t come in is this normal? I’ve left engine running for 30mins still not coming on?
