Surely these aren't included in the "Multivan high line" spec? which we do not have in the UK.
Looking at your spec sheet that is a top spec Caravelle Exec + £13k of extras in the UK
Is the paddle shifters an extra market add on in Norway?

You are correct, I filled in some extras in my post, as Dynaudio, side assist, 18", Acoustic pack (sound deadening), Tow bar, dynamic suspension, foldable Mirror, Integrated child seat, multi steering wheel /with paddles, luggage net and 80 L tank if I remember correctly. You can see the spec for highline in the linked brochure what comes with the vehicle in the Highline edition.
The paddle shifters is in the option list (at least in Norway) for £320.

Just thought I'd say hello and post a few pics. I'm in Norway and looking for an English pdf instruction manual. I've looked on the site and I know it's been asked before but maybe someone knows of a link? It has an auxiliary heater (Webasto) with the controls near the rear view mirror. I'm trying to work out how to set the timer for Mon -Fri use.

It runs independent of the engine and heats up the coolant. When the temperature is warm enough, it turns on the fans inside the van and heats up the cabin. Very, very useful in Norway. It works off a remote or can be set with a timer.
