Wow, just goes to show how much pollution and dust there is in the air. I bet you noticed a real improvement in the air coming in through the heater system.

That was 10,000km/7000miles of driving over past year. The engine one is the main one to change as will help with MPG. worth the 45 minutes of time to complete.

Spend a few quid more and fit the charcoal activated element to reduce the noxious gases in the van.
I tend to run on recirculation (no bulkhead) to assist the AC in summer and reduce exhaust gases in the van in heavy traffic.
