Damn. Only 37.

But the sun has gone over the house, so may have bneen more earlier :(

Just been out to turn my van around so that it's facing away from the sun and it was reading 44.
Obviously I know that that isn't the actual air temp as the heat is reflecting up from the tarmac, but that is what it was reading.

It was 37 here in south Essex earlier - left the windows open on the van today and over the last couple of days so it didn’t get like a furnace inside.

Someone posted this on one of the FB groups - my van is black too o_O

hope You guys are getting on with the heat, must be a shock for your systems.

the highest I’ve seen on my T6 display was 47.5 degrees while heading through Northern outback Australia, had 7 days of it until I got home.

heatwaves suck

Yep, heat on panel here is Spain over past 10 days has dropped from 180watts/190watts midday when sun right over panel to 140watts/150watts. Still happy enough as getting from 8amps to 10.5amps into battery from victron MPPT.

Well just to show you Spain right now. This is on roof/solarium right now local time 17:11hrs, got to 42.2C around 2pm yesterday............... Nighttime is always around 22C

oh you git!!
:p

Unfortunately it only lasted for about half an hour, another half an hour later the ground was bone dry and you'd never have known.
Still 30° here at the moment  but I'm hoping for a nice thunder storm tonight to clear the air.

2019, northern france just coming into Beauvais, 45 degrees. Same year in the Alps skiing, -21 degrees. Quite a range, one, for a country, and two, for a van that performed faultlessly throughout.
