Headunit off both Van and Leisure Battery?

Hi all,

Has anyone wired their Headunit up with a rocker switch to allow them to use the headunit with either the normal Van battery or switched across to the Leisure Battery for when parked up?

Simplistically I thought it could only be a simple case of a live feed from the existing switched live for the Headunit to a rocker switch and another permanent feed from the leisure battery to the same switch? Then if i'm parked up at the beach etc, there is little risk of draining my Van battery and not being able to get home?

Keen to know if anyones done this and if they have, any advice / pictures would be welcomed.
