Headlight vision poor after market lights

Can anyone advise of this is the normal vision from after market lights? I’ve only just brought my T6 transporter and the drive home was dreadful as the lack of lighting was poor, I can see that generally the light is poor with the T6 but wanted to check if the picture attached is normal or something is wrong it’s seems odd that the part of the road I need to see is restricted? I have tried the adjustment level within the cab and this is at the highest level setting! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Here are the photos, I can get better tomorrow, currently have a standard H7 halogen bulb fitted.

Fit some led bulbs or a xenon kit. You can twist these LEDs to eliminate shadows......plenty on the forum on this topic. Have a search.
