Head unit buttons defunct

Hi - started the van (2017 T6, T28) this morning, radio works fine but none of the surrounding buttons work...

Anyone got any ideas - this is a new issue, worked fine over the weekend?

Have you tried re booting it?

No - will try that, hold down the l/h rotary button to re-boot?

As usual, gremlins playing in the wiring!
Switched on the ignition to reset, thought I would try the buttons before resetting - lo! All working as the VW gods intended....
Still, saved me some money (for now) - and I thought Jag electrics were iffy....
