Halo 11 help

Just started to install halo 11 and 1st problem
Fm radios double connection don’t fit

Does look like correct but too big wonder if I got wrong kit or just my luck
Kit vw303 not like I use radio much but something not right here.
Wife give up at wait for me to finish and I did too lol
I watch vid on YouTube when guy install 9 halo on t6 and try to follow tomorrow test day and need to buy few missing parts for dab and usb.

Have you contacted the supplier of your equipment?

That’s because you have pulled the socket of the back of the original head unit and it’s stuck in the plug.. pop it out refit it to the old unit and plug new one in
