I have 2 pairs of with wired bulb holder and 2 non wired.

I assume I got h4 version as its useless in dark mine are halogen version does that fit as replacement?

There's 2 versions of H7 lights, one with the the sidelight bulb holder permanently wired into the unit and one that had a removable bulb holder. To my understanding the non wired version is less desirable, I think because of problems with aftermarket LED bulbs, but I'm not 100% on that. I'm sure the info can be found on the forum or someone will advise better than I can.

I have 2 sets left. They are in Sheffield or can be collected from Barlborough. They will fit any T6.
The older version has removable DRL holder without wires. They have been known to fail due to heat. It is possible to replace the holder with the wired version if you can solder.
It affects Originals (no letter after the part number) and revisions A to E (letter after the part number).
Revisions F and G have the new, wired DRL holder, designed to overcome this issue.

I'd been having an intermittent fault with the off side DRL for a while. As soon as I put my fingers on the bulb holder, it would turn back on for a short time. However, eventually it packed up altogether. So I removed it and discovered this....
The contacts were blackened and the plastic around them had melted. So off I went to the dealer with bulb and holder in hand.
After having to justify to the service receptionist why I'd dared to interfere with it, by removing it myself, (as per the owners manual), she took it through to the workshop for a technician to look at.
