Quick guide to removing the seat cover on a double passenger seat.

For the seat back: If you're lucky enough to have a folding bracket on the seat you can remove the cover in situ, otherwise you'll need to remove the seat back from the base unless you can open the bottom of the cover blind. See https://www.t6forum.com/threads/gui...-bracket-to-a-t6-double-passenger-seat.17269/

Like on that thread start at the bottom of the seat back (fold the seat now, if that's your option) and open the plastic fold:

Peel the cover upwards folding it inside out on the sides, then look for the hooks that hold the front of the cover tight on the back of the seat:

If you have a factory fitted board on the back of seat, you can bend the board out of the side rivets to get to the hooks:

(Unfold the seat and...) Undo the bolt holding the seat belt in place in the base:

If you tuck the bottom of the cover through to the front of the seat you can now unfold the seat, if you haven't already.

Now to the top of the seat back, you need to remove the headrests, headrest hole trims and the seat belt exit trim:

(clip is on driver's side of adjusting posts)

Unscrew the torx screws on the seat belt exit trim and lever the two sides outward to clear the metal tabs. This is hard!

Now to finally remove the cover, unclip the upholstery retaining rods on the front, pulling them with pliers from one end and pushing them from the other end, works for me. Down either side of the seat vertically:

Then peel the cover up further letting the vertical rods rotate out and up. The unclip the rods across the middle:

Then unclip the top of the vertical rods.

And you should be able to remove the cover completely:

Reverse the steps to refit the cover

The seat base cushion cover is similar, you just unclip the cover all around, being careful not to tear the corners stitches :

Then unclip the tension bars on top, exactly like on the seat back:

I need to replace my middle T6 seatbelt on the front bench seat. I will follow your thread to get cover off, and the back board. Do you know if the seatbelt bolt is simply behind the board and therefore is it straightforward if the board is off ?

Sorry, I missed this question. No, it's not that simple. The bolt is not under the board, at least, but under the oval plastic cover above the board. Unfortunately the plastic clips are very awkward to open without bending them. You can do it with a very long, very slim flat-head screwdriver. You push it down and rotate it whilst lifting the plastic cover to prise out each side of the clip. It's entirely doable but not obvious how. Then the seat belt is held on with one very tight bolt.
