Groaning noise from steering when at low speed or stationary

Has anyone any ideas what is causing the noise?

power steering fluid low maybe had similar noise recently on mine {t5] was the power steering pump advised to do steering rack as well hope its the fluid

Strut tops maybe? Need to get someone to slowly operate the steering wheel and listen around the van.

Thanks for the reply. It is not the fluid. Any advice on doing the pump and rack would be much appreciated.

Hi im having the same issue, not sure if its to do with me having 20inch wheels on, or whether something more to do with power steering pump etc.
