Glow Plug Module Fault Code

Hi all, hoping for some advice please. I have a 2022 Transporter that has the attached fault codes. I have changed the glow plugs and the control module with genuine parts but still getting the fault. Anyone have any suggestions for the next step?

P0684 00 - Glow Plug Control Module (J179) - Implausible Signal,
basically tells that the control module is receiving bad data to adjust glow period, not that the module itself is faulty.

With the fault code there is a snapshot of conditions when the fault was triggered (typically voltages, engine RPM, glow status, numerous temperature senosr readings) - would be very useful to see that data as it might give some clues.
Hopefully your scanner can show that.

You surely have checked the fuse (SB33 5A), power and ground connenctions at the module?
Starter battery condition?
