If I want to use a 110ah leisure battery and an inverter for some power in my shed. Do i need to connect an inline fuse and if so, which one? I've looked online but I cant get a decent answer?
I already have a 2000w pure sine wave inverter and want to run a 500w heater for about half hour to get the shed warm and then power LED lights. On grid power from consumer unit is not an option (too far away and way to complicated/costly to do) solar power also not really feasible as shed is surrounded by trees that block most sun. Any advice on fuse will be much appreciated.

A 500w load will draw approximately 50 amps. So I'd go for an 80a fuse to allow a bit of overhead. Bare in mind that running the heater for half an hour will hammer your battery.
